Question 11: I am confident that we will be successful in evolving into a community.

Responses after 6 sessions:

Note: This question was tricky because when participants filled in the surveys after six sessions, most had the idea that we were talking about something ordinary, like team building. As the program progressed they became aware that this was something much  more profound we were attempting as a group. This caused the responses to be more realistic and conservative. This also raised the bar for this question, as their expectations as to whether or not we would achieve community were much higher.
