LIFELINES Checklist

Some Things You Need to Know!

  1. Once your Cohort has enough participants, I’ll reach out with payment instructions. If you need to cancel early (at least two weeks before the start date), we can transfer your registration to a future Cohort. Last-minute cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  2. You will receive the Zoom link for your Program a few weeks before the start date. After your registration has been confirmed, add your session dates and times to your calendar. If you register and don’t receive a confirmation within a day, contact me to check on it.
  3. If you need to withdraw from the program, please notify me.
  4. Plan to log in ten minutes early to allow time to take care of any technical issues and get settled. We’ll begin and end on time, and we won’t admit participants once the session has started.
  5. Find a private space to enjoy the program where you can focus and engage. If you’re distracted by other activities, you will miss the full benefit of the experience and distract the other participants.
  6. To have an optimal experience, use a laptop or desktop computer. Tablets and phones are too small to see everyone on the screen at once.
  7. Your camera will need to be on so we can connect face-to-face and foster a sense of community during our time together.
  8. Position your camera so that your head and shoulders are framed as in the above photo.
  9. Please avoid using two screens, as doing so can make it seem like you’re not engaging with other participants—even when you are.
