Continuing Education for First Responders

LIFELINES: Pre-Crisis Support for First Responders

The LIFELINES Program fills a critical gap in First Responder support by establishing a proactive, pre-crisis support group within your organization.

Most First Responder training focuses on caring for others. LIFELINES focuses on caring for each other—fostering everyday support, long before a crisis strikes.

Professional Investment, Real Results

LIFELINES offers:

  • 10 hours of live, expert facilitation
  • A safe, supportive group setting
  • Flexible formats (2 five-hour sessions or 5 two-hour sessions)
  • A certificate of participation for professional portfolios
  • Continuing education credits, where applicable
  • A digital copy of the book: Sounding the Drum: Community Building in the Digital Age
  • Leadership development focused on building and sustaining a culture of everyday support—a true community
  • Consensus and critical thinking tools for collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making

More About the Program

The sessions take place live on Zoom, so please plan to be in a quiet space with a reliable Wi-Fi connection.  Participants also use desktops or laptops, as tablets and phones don’t provide the necessary screen size.
