If your goal is to be proactive about retention, sick leave, leadership fatigue, cultural erosion, or post-incident fallout, the LIFELINES Program is a stone you will not want to leave unturned.

Many first responder organizations already have psychologists, chaplains, and peer support teams – and these resources are vital. However, they are typically activated only after stress has accumulated or critical incidents have occurred. LIFELINES works with these supports, adding the relational layer that strengthens teams. The organic, 24/7 support of a community culture meets members upstream, where everyday trust and connection prevent issues from escalating.

The LIFELINES Program is a Live, Interactive Experience

The LIFELINES Program is experiential, not lecture-based.

Participants learn by engaging directly in the dynamics of connection, communication, and support. The program models the very culture it aims to help build—creating an environment where participants can safely practice, reflect, and apply what they are learning in real time.

Program Format

Through a proprietary culture-development process that goes far beyond team building, Lori guides participants in creating a true community—one that naturally generates meaningful, pre-crisis support.

Delivered live via Zoom, the ten-hour LIFELINES Program immerses participants in an experiential community-building process. Participants gain practical tools and embodied understanding they can immediately apply to build sustainable, pre-crisis support within their organization.
